Making a purchase
You can order online, or by calling our sales team on 01202 900570. We accept most UK registered debit and credit cards (inc Solo, Maestro and Electron) and if you are a verified Pay Pal member you may also pay using your Pay Pal account. You can send your credit card information via phone, fax, or through the website.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are delivered within 2-3 days from receipt of order.
Our UK and Channel Islands Charges are:
Orders up to £100.00 - £7.95
Orders over £100.00 - FREE
For international delivery please contact us for a shipping quote.

If any problems occur, and your order may be delayed we will notify you in the first instance.
If your item is out of stock, we will back order these for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you do not want to wait.

Guarantee and Returns Policy
If a product becomes unavailable we will send you a product of similar type and quality unless you specify otherwise. Should any product (except perishables and special orders) not meet your expectations you can return these goods (at your cost) within 8 days from date of delivery for a full refund, including any despatch charges. Goods must be received back to us in perfect condition, with original packaging completely intact..

All equipment must be installed by a qualified and certified person. Any warranty claims will require official details of the installer. Some products may vary in packaging to those shown on the website, due to our constant best price sourcing practices - quality, quantity and content will remain the same.
Clearway Pools does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We only retain contact for Clearway Pools use and we do not share this information with any 3rd parties.
All financial information supplied by the customer is destroyed.
From time to time, we may contact you regarding offers and new products/services via email or direct mail only. If you do not want to be contacted, or are concerned that the information that we have for you is incorrect, please send us an email and we will update our details.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
It is very important to carefully inspect your items when you receive them. Claims for damaged or missing goods, will not be accepted once they have been signed for as received in good condition. Any damaged goods should be refused and returned to us with note on the delivery documents as refused/damaged. We must be notified within 24 hours of any missing or damaged products.
